My First 16 Bars

When I was composing "Nocturne of Night" I was thinking about lonely nights. The hardest part making this composition deciding where to place each note. Making my own song made me enjoy this because it was fun learning the notes in a correct manner. I would to advise another person to learn the musical notes in order of A,B,C,D,E on the treble clef.
You can listen to a software harp playing my song here
Here is a screenshot of the song I created:

Major and Minor Scales

According to San Francisco Classical Voice a scale is a sequence of notes placed on ascending or descending order by step. In music, an interval is the distance in pitch between two notes. Counting from the lower note upwards, with the lower note as the first interval. A full scale can ascends and descends with the same notes. Ascending means up in pitch and descending is down in pitch. Sharps (#) make the pitch of a note higher and flat (b) lowers a tone by a semitone

The interval pattern for minor scale is whole half whole whole half whole whole.  The interval pattern for major scale is whole whole half whole whole whole half.

According to Mr. McCormack's Lounge, to change a major scale to its parallel minor, "lower the 3rd, 6th and 7th notes of the Major scale by a half step (semitone)."  Also, "If you have a Major scale, you can find its relative minor scale by simply shifting the notes around so that you are starting on the 6th degree of that Major scale and that note becomes the 1st degree of the relative minor scale."

The major scale sound is lighter and brighter than the minor scale. The minor scale is darker and evil sounding.

Mixxx Assignment 5

My decision I made was to move the three EQ controls to make the beats sound more lower or clearly higher. I moved the low EQ to the right, the mid EQ a little on the right, and high EQ on the left. This can make the beats sounds deeper for a unique remix.

Mixxx Assignment 4

Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen

What I did was starting to practice moving the balance and volume while playing this song. After that I recorded it. I learned that when I use the balance moving left and right, it sounds in mono. For volume, it goes high and low sound.

What I did was to put two different songs in Channel 1 and 2. Then I use the sync to change the rate. After that, I started recording playing both songs, using the crossfader moving left and right to hear one song and the other one.
